CMPC Ranked as a Global Leader in Sustainability by S&P Global

In the 2025 Sustainability Yearbook published by S&P Global, CMPC was recognized as the top-ranked company worldwide in the Paper and Forest Products category, reaffirming its leadership in sustainability.
This recognition is based on the results of the 2024 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), in which over 7,600 companies from various industries worldwide participated. Of all these, CMPC was the only Chilean company to rank in the top 1% for sustainability performance, thanks to its comprehensive approach to responsible practices and its ongoing efforts to contribute to sustainable development.
“It is an honor for us to have been recognized in the 2025 Sustainability Yearbook. This recognition serves as a management tool; it allows us to validate that the transparency practices we are implementing are acknowledged, enables us to benchmark ourselves against the best in the industry, and helps us improve internally year after year to consistently meet the standards expected of an international company,” said Veronica de la Cerda, CMPC Sustainability Manager.
S&P Global is one of the leading international authorities on financial and corporate sustainability assessment, compiling, among others, the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices, which are used by investors, companies, and governments as benchmarks for measuring environmental, social, and governance performance.
