The company conducted a study to identify the wage gap between men and women in similar positions with identical employment conditions. This analysis considered the following criteria for the sample selection:

  1. Persons who joined the company in 2019
  2. Persons at the corporate level at Empresas CMPC and/or the CMPC Foundation
  3. Persons at category C, D and F positions according to the CMPC job classification
