Labor relations

Freedom of association is an essential value. Therefore, in every country where we operate, workers organize collectively in pursuit of better working conditions and relationships of trust within a climate of respect and transparency between employees, unions, contractors and the company.

We have 53 unions, including the oldest one in Chile, which is the Union Number 1 of Papeles Cordillera in Puente Alto, turning 91 years old this year.

Facilitating coordination between unions and company has been central to the development of fluid relationships with employees, contributing to a good work environment that positively impacts people and the work group.

Our goal is to continue improving labor relations every day.
