Training for workers is indispensable for the sustainability of the future business of CMPC. Continuous training and development results in improved productivity and generates satisfaction for the staff members trained.
In 2015, 283,000 members of staff were trained throughout all tiers of the company. This company-wide process is one of CMPC’s most important achievements in this area. This figure does not include training courses given internally at the mills by CMPC staff.
