QUESTION: If I don't have Quicktime installed
on my computer, what do I do?
ANSWER:
Quicktime is included on your SHIPS CD-Rom. Look in the install Quicktime
folder or directory and run the installation program for your computer
and operating system.
QUESTION: My Macintosh hangs up while playing
video, what can I do to correct this?
ANSWER: Several things can cause the program
to do this. Solutions include, turning virtual memory off, and turning
RAM Doubler off. Speed Doubler may also cause problems, but not always.
QUESTION: Fonts do not appear correct on
my Macintosh display. Why?
ANSWER: The arial font suitcase provided
will solve the problem. Drag it from the install Mac folder, to the
system extensions folder.
